RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your new purchase. Please let us know if you are not fully satisfied and kindly note that customers have 1 business day of receiving their order to notify us regarding a return and 3 business days to exchange their items.
However, any purchases made to order, items with alterations, or custom orders are final sales and non-refundable or exchangeable.
Please note that all items returned for exchanges must be unused, unworn, and in their original resalable condition with all tags intact.
Thaa will not accept returns with any signs of wear.
Any items purchased during the sale are considered final sales and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
If you would like to return or exchange your items, please take the following steps:
1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your purchase details/order number, and an explanation of the reason for your return or exchange.
2. Once the return/exchange is approved, the item must be shipped to the below address using a trackable courier company, with a copy of your receipt:

Clients are responsible for the shipping cost, duties, and taxes.

If a return is accepted, you will be refunded for the price paid for the item excluding all shipping costs.
